As a qualified Yoga teacher, Lisa provides Yoga sessions every week for the community in the local Library at Tywyn, which are always well attended. A stay at our tranquil accommodation within the peaceful Dysynni valley provides the perfect opportunity for some Yoga - to relieve the stress of everyday life, and to fully appreciate the gifts of nature.

The session usually last approx. 1 hour and can be conducted anywhere - in the garden of our accommodation, at the beach or virtually.
