The farmhouses offers everything you'll need for the perfect, affordable Welsh escape. Your own private access through the front door, private patio and walled garden with picturesque views of the Dysynni valley and mountains.

The Farmhouse is full of character, with all the modern amenities you'll need for your stay. With a spacious living room and dining area to relax and recuperate. While also providing the perfect base to return to after action packed days swimming in the sea, or hiking up the hills.

The safe outdoor area, next to the river and the farm, provide the perfect area for children to explore, play and enjoy the country life.

Car parking facilities available within the boundary of the property making it very safe.

By request, use of a full kitchen & adjoining sitting room can be granted. However, this is a shared space with farmer (and owner) Ken, and both his sons, who work on the farm and occasionally use this part of the house.

Bikes for all ages available. Buckets, spades, and fishing equipment can be provided on request. We have fishing rights to the river so you are welcome to fish at any time.

We also farm Cader Idris to the summit, so requests for 4x4 trips are welcome, but will depend on availability.
